  "body": "oh, and for those who don’t know, VC stands for Vampire Cult\n\nthis Cult are the ones responsible for the WAGMI empire\n\noh, and i suppose i should explain for the uninitiated,\nWAGMI stands for: We Are Going to Make it\n\nhence it has a natural counterpart which is NGMI\nyou know what that means.\n\nwe’ve all seen squid games\nnot everybody makes it\n\ni love the show! i don’t like the game\nsure, it might be fun for vip’s\n\nbut maybe we can create a different game\none that respects community cultures\nacross the board\n\nand doesn’t pigeon hole us into\na prescribed culture (Cult)\nthat can be exploited for the powerful\n\na Metaverse where wide eyed optimism\ndoes not become greed\n\none in which there is equal opportunity for all\nto find their place\n\na Metaverse that is not pre-gentrified by design\n\nand everybody can play their own game\nwith their own community\n\ninstead of being forced into a Metaverse skinner box\ndesigned by psychopaths who want to\ntest your brain in virtual spaces to see\nhow it reacts to different stimuli\n\nwhich is exactly what will continue\nto happen on a mass scale\nif we let them get away with it\n\nthink about the value of this data\nnext time you are getting laser eyed\nby Apple Vision \n\nthink back to psychology 101\nwhich direction do people tend\nto look when they are lying?\n\nnow, i wonder what else we can discover\nwith a little AI magic\n\ndo we trust them to point these\npotential weapons at our kids faces?\n\ndo you trust Meta to do the right thing?\ndo you trust Apple to do the right thing?\n\nah, why not try it just once\nthere surely is no harm in outsourcing\nour eyeballs to apple\n\nto read and write data\ndirectly to our brains\n\nwell, the beast has to get through\nwhatever orifice it is able\n\nsurely it is no different to having the Zuckerberg\nMetacrab strapped to your face\nbook\n\ndid we not learn from Alien?\ndid we not learn from Metroid?\ndid we not learn from Half Life?\n\nisn’t it ironic, in Alyx when a facecrab\nlatches onto your face\nbecause you were already in this position\nbefore the LED’s revealed this reality\n\nBUT you are given the illusion\nthat you kill the facecrab\nand are free of facebook\n\nhowever the headset remains\nlatched to your face(book)\nand the illusion persists\n\nif you detach your headset\nfrom your face(book)\nyou are ejected from this reality\n\nwill we ever turn away from our LED’s\nor are we being drawn into them?\n\nit seems we are destined to become metahuman\nright?\n\nand so, if we are destined to become metahuman\n\nwe must act like metahumans\n\nwith great power\ncomes great responsibility\n\nwe must learn how to discern\nwhat is in our community’s best interest\nwhen picking tools\n\nand to move tentatively\nwhen making rash decisions\n\nif we are to inherit these godly abilities\n\nit’s not so important to rush forwards\nas it is to set the correct trajectory\n\nevery positive has equal negative\n\nand if we are ignoring the icebergs\nand shying away from\nasking the tough questions\n\nif it is illegal to tell the emperor\nhe has no clothes on\n\nwe are destined to become fools\nto a higher stupidity\n\nis this the metaverse you want?\n\nor is this the iceberg we must steer from?\n\n——-\n\nbitoshi\n\n——-\n\n(afterthought)\nthank you for reading my raw thoughts, i hope to let loose more like this in my Twitter subscriptions when i am accepted\n\nif any of my friends can put in a word to expediate this process\ni will write more raw brain dumps like this\n\nmy opinions are not for everybody, can be controversial to those who swear by an “official” narrative bestowed upon us by those we deem “holy” in some sense. i like to paint these word pictures to frame an extreme potential scenario based on the current trajectory that i foresee, which helps to judge the most probable path and offer an alternative path if that path is likely to lead somewhere terrible for everybody"
