Dear Sirs,
THE OWNERS OR CONTROLLERS AND/OR THE PERSONS CURRENTLY IN CONTROL OF
THE RIGHTS AND ASSETS THAT WERE THE PROPERTY OF HUOBI GLOBAL LIMITED v
PERSONS UNKNOWN (2-4) CLAIM NUMBER PT-2023-000849
We enclose, by way of service, the Court Order dated 20 December 2024. The First Defendant,
(Owners or Controllers and/or the Persons Currently in Control of the Rights and Assets that
were the Property of Huobi Global Limited), has been ordered to deliver to the Claimant
24.46502798 Bitcoin (“BTC”); 13.53 Ethereum (“ETH”); 241,400 Pillar Tokens (“PLR”); and
115,620 Fire Lotto Tokens (“FLOT”); or alternatively, the sterling equivalent of £1,950,167.46.
This must be paid within 14 days of service of the Order. The First, Fourth and Fifth Defendants
have been ordered to pay the sum of £68,011 within 14 days of service of the Order.
We confirm that the Claimant’s Nominated Wallets for BTC payments and ETH payments are:

The value of the FLOT and PLR can please be paid in sterling, together with the sum of £68,011
into this Firm’s client account (details of which are enclosed). Please quote the above reference
when making payment. We confirm that all payments (BTC, ETH and sterling) must be paid
within 14 days i.e. by no later than Monday 27 January 2025. Failure to make payment will result
in enforcement action being taken against you immediately.
