2. Conditions of Service

3. Transfer of Ownership
	•	This contract is tied exclusively to the Ordinal inscription. If the inscription is sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another party, all associated rights and services shall transfer to the new owner.
	•	The previous owner forfeits all rights and privileges under this contract upon transferring ownership.

4. Termination
	•	This agreement remains valid only while the Ordinal inscription is held by The Holder.
	•	The agreement may be terminated under the following circumstances:
	•	If The Artist and The Holder mutually agree in writing.
	•	If The Holder violates the terms of service or engages in malicious activity.

5. Scope of Work

	•	Specific deliverables will be outlined in separate communications between The Holder and The Artist.

6. Limitations
	•	The Artist retains the right to pause or delay services in cases of personal emergencies, force majeure, or circumstances beyond their control.

7. Legal Framework
