Supra-monetary goods are those that are more true in the order of man’s life, than money itself. Thus, no merchant could invest in these goods to his own material profit. And no philosopher could create them to his own material profit. They could only be invested in or created to the material profit of the whole of truth. Otherwise they would not be supra-monetary goods. The proportion of resources allocated to such goods demonstrates experientially that truth has its own order in human life, beyond and inclusive of money. Thus, the truth and order demonstrated by these goods is incorruptible by ill intent.
