Free Membership Agreement

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the holder of the Free Membership NFT ("Member") and Sun of Beach, LLC, located at 99 Wall Street, 10005, owner of www.bitcoinluxury.club ("Company").

Membership Activation: The Company agrees to activate the Free Membership NFT for the Member upon registration.

Membership Benefits: The Member receives 100 BLC tokens for each transaction once the ICO is launched.

Transaction Fee: The Member understands and agrees that each transaction conducted using the membership will incur a 3% fee.

Member Privacy: The Company agrees to maintain the Member's anonymity after the first transaction. The sole reason for requesting email upon registration is to maintain a channel of communication and send the membership NFT.
