第三章 · NON-ACTION
使使使
使使
Not exalting the worthy prevents people from competing
Not prizing rare treasures prevents people from stealing
Not displaying desirable things prevents people's hearts from being disturbed

Therefore, in the sage's governing:
He empties their hearts and fills their bellies
Weakens their ambitions and strengthens their bones
Always keeping people without knowledge and without desire
Making the clever not dare to act

Practice non-action
And nothing will be left unordered
