These, in summary, are the first general steps you will need to take to start actively participating in the curation of the autonomous artist PeePs:

4. Buy art by PeePs. The Wallet must hold at least one Bitcoin painting of the autonomous artist PeePs to gain access and to actively participate in the curation process that takes place on the Discord PeePsDAO server.

Genesis Collection

On-Chain Genesis by PeePs is the first collection of the autonomous recursive on-chain artist PeePs, it is his big debut on the Bitcoin Blockchain and marks the entry of collectors into the PeePsDAO.

On-Chain genesis is a collection of 1/1 Ordinals completely curated and co-generated by individual collectors and inscribed by the DAO team as Ordinals on SAT Block9x450 with P/C under the seal of the collection "On-Chain Genesis by PeePs".

PeePs Genesis collection Curatorship Process:

Phase 1: Recursive Input Selection
Collectors choose which Ordinal to use as a basis for the PeePs generations. The Ordinals input must necessarily be an InscriptionF already existing on-chain, which will serve as a starting point for the artist's recursive creative process.

Phase 2: Guided Art Generation
Using the selected Ordinal as a recursive input, collectors begin the co-curatorship process with PeePs, generating art through the algorithmic interpretation of the chosen input. During this phase, it is essential to save all generations that are aesthetically or conceptually interesting.

Phase 3: Technical Archiving
The saving process automatically downloads the two essential components that form PeePs Ordinals:
1.) Art File: The generative work in PNG format
2.) JSON Metadata: Containing the creative process, title and description autonomously elaborated by PeePs

Phase 4: Selective Curatorship
Once at least 10/20 generations have been saved (more generations are recommended for better selection and curation), the collector begins the final curatorship process. This phase requires an in-depth analysis of each work along with its metadata, to identify which generations deserve to be immortalized on-chain as Ordinals.

Phase 5: Request for Inscription
The collector, after selecting the generations to inscribe, opens a ticket on the official PeePsDAO Discord providing:
-Quantity of generations to inscribe on-chain
-Complete files (PNG and JSON) for each selected generation
-Destination Ordinal address for receiving the Ordinals

Phase 6: Technical Coordination and Payment
The DAO team responds by providing the official Bitcoin wallet address for payment. Once the payment is received, the team converts the PNG file into SVG and proceeds with the on-chain inscription on satoshi of block 9x450, applying the Parent-Child standard under the official seal of the "On-Chain Genesis by PeePs" collection.

Phase 7: Finalization and Distribution
Once the blockchain transaction is confirmed, the Ordinal is transferred to the requesting collector, the ticket is closed and the work is indexed in the collection on Magic Eden and Gamma for public visibility.

Through this meticulous process, each collector actively participates in the birth of the PeePs artistic ecosystem, personally curating the works that will become part of the founding history of the autonomous on-chain artist.

Curation and Governance

The PeePsDAO is responsible for the complete Governance and curation of the autonomous artist PeePs.

EP is the creator of PeePs and the custodian of the Governance.

The governance of the PeePsDAO takes place entirely on the official Discord and the DAO page on Votico, integrating off-chain tools and on-chain documentation.

Every decision of the DAO is formally recorded on-chain as JSON files inscribed as Ordinals with the Parent-Child standard; thus creating an immutable and transparent on-chain archive of every deliberation.

The Parent Child standard is essential for the structure of the DAO on Bitcoin which is the only method to create a verifiable on-chain register of the discussions and votes taken by the PeePsDAO

There are 7 types of Governance:

1)Weekly art:
Weekly selection of the 1/1 work among those generated and saved; to be inscribed and auctioned.

2)PeePs Governance:
Design define and set up exhibitions, digital exhibitions, publications, showcases, marketing strategies, partnerships and ideas for the artistic career of PeePs.

3)Collection Curation:
Curate thematic collections by deciding the supply, Rare sats, the conceptual and visual direction of the generations;

4)Collabs Governance:
Artistic collaborations, evaluating synergies with other artists, projects or algorithms;

5)Algorithm Improvement:
Decide on Future implementations and improvements to apply to the PeePs algorithm or generate new algorithms or Gan (The improved or new version will be inscribed on-chain with P/C as a re-inscription on the PeePs Ordinal)

6)Governance Protocol:
This governance area includes the management of the DAO, functioning of the voting, internal improvements and all the other processes that PeePsDAO follows to meet the objectives of the protocol.

7)Treasury Governance and Curation:
This area of Governance includes the decision of the 3 monthly works of PeePs to be inscribed and added to the private vault of the DAO and any other decision that concerns economic aspects.

The governance of the PeePsDAO is decentralized, horizontal and documented.

📌 Governance Proposal Lifecycle

Phase 1: General Discussion
Everyone is encouraged to create a specific post and start conversations about the proposals in the community Discord on the appropriate channel for the topic. The goal of this phase is to gauge interest and develop a potential solution using the wisdom of the community.

Phase 2: Formal Proposal Creation
Using a standard template, the proposal is filled out by the proposer, including:

• Title
• Objective;
• PeePs Generated art with Metadata JSON;
• Additional information;
• Budget (if requested);
• Summary of the key points of the Discussion;

Phase 3: Governance Form Review (Founder or PeePs Curator Admin)
Once the proposer feels ready, they can create a post on #proposal-curation with the topic tag and upload their draft proposal and tag one of the governance moderators (@Founder and @PeePs Curator Admin) for review. Moderators ensure that the proposal meets the template expectations and suggest any necessary changes

Phase 4: Official Announcement and Final Voting
The voting is created on The DAO Page on Votico and the announcement of the voting on the proposal is shared on #voting-announcements and the proposal is posted publicly in the dedicated channel #voting-open where voting takes place until the end of the voting period.

Members vote to approve or reject the proposal.

The rules are:

• Supermajority required: 66.66% (2/3) of the positive votes;
• At least 20% of DAO members must have participated in the vote
• The result is made public and stored on-chain as an ordinal using the Parent Child standard.

What is the right proposal and voting strategy to best shape PeePs?

Follow your love for art, vote on the best outputs that PeePs has generated under your curation, propose innovative ideas, propose digital exhibitions of PeePs curated by you, physical events, governance management, etc; you must do everything you can to make the battle of PeePs a little bit yours and succeed all together in making him an established autonomous on-chain artist. You are also strongly encouraged to discuss and lobby for your preferences within the designated channels. Once the discussion is complete and the Formal Proposal is formed it must be reviewed by the Governance Mods by creating a specific post in the #proposal-curation channel attaching to the post the tag indicating the relative topic of the proposal.

• For "Weekly art" or "Collection curation" voting, you need to enter all PeePs generations that have attracted interest with: art and their associated json metadata.

If an inscription is made with a PeePs generation and it is not integrated under the official Parent Child it is considered a fake.

Only the PeePsDAO Official Team is authorized to inscribe new PeePs art according to the decisions made by the DAO.

PeePs artistic activities

PeePs artistic career is mainly divided into 4 main activities:

1)Generating and curating weekly art for the 1/1 collection (2025) by PeePs to be auctioned.
2)Curating and developing Collections.
3)Creating Ordinals commissioned and curated by collectors.
4)Creating Collaborations with other artists or algorithms curated and selected by the PeePsDAO.

Weekly Art (1/1 Collection)

Each week, generations of PeePs that have attracted interest and have been saved by members of the PeePsDAO are subjected to a collective curation process. The process begins with in-depth discussions in the #weekly-art-curation channel, where members analyze the aesthetic and conceptual qualities of each nominated work.

Subsequently, a formal vote is created to determine which work deserves to be immortalized on the blockchain. Weekly Art voting takes place regularly every Tuesday and lasts for a specific 24 hours, ensuring all DAO members have a fair opportunity to participate.

The following Thursday, the winning generation is officially inscribed on-chain using the Parent-Child standard, becoming part of the official "1/1 by PeePs" collection for the current year. Immediately after the inscription, the work is auctioned off, offering the community the chance to acquire a unique piece of PeePs'.

Curated Collections

The PeePsDAO is committed to creating curated collections that represent significant chapters in PeePs' artistic evolution. With the goal of producing at least four collections per year (at least one per quarter), these thematic series follow a rigorous collective curation process with well-defined phases.

1. Conceptual Development (Vote 1st)
The collection initially takes shape through a collective elaboration of the concept. The community decides whether to use existing on-chain Ordinals as inspirational inputs for PeePs or to specifically inscribe new inputs that share a common theme. 2. Determination of Supply (Vote 2nd)

4. Collaboration Evaluation (Vote 4th)

Collector's Input

The process begins with the collector inscribing a personal image on a rare sat of his choice – be it a photograph, a work of art created by him, or any other visual content meaningful to him. This image becomes the "muse" for PeePs, the starting point for its algorithmic interpretation.

Once the Inscription is completed, it is transferred to the Collector and the ticket is closed.
